HBO’s “Game of Thrones” Spinoff Sends Out Casting Call For Targaryens

HBO’s House of Dragon series has begun the search for its lead characters.

As reported by Knight Edge Media earlier today, HBO has sent out an official casting call for the Game of Thrones spinoff, House of the Dragon. Few details about the upcoming series have been revealed thus far, but we do know the show will go back roughly 300 years and will focus heavily on Daenerys’ancestors and the Dance of the Dragons. We can also officially confirm House of the Dragon will center around Aegon, Visenya, and Rhaynys Targaryen and the family’s invasion of Westeros. The series is expected to begin production later this year with showrunners Ryan J. Condal and Miguel Sapochnik. An official release date has yet to be confirmed.
