With the demise of Ramsay Bolton (finally!), Game of Thrones fans are excited to finally see Sansa Stark spread her wings and start using her powerful family name for something more than a forced marriage alliance. However, worry started to creep back in when Ramsay uttered these words before kicking the bucket.
“You can’t kill me. I’m part of you now.”
Ominous, to say the least.
Since then, there’s been a lot of speculation that Sansa could actually be pregnant with Ramsay’s child, a cruel reminder of the man who tortured her for so long. Liam Cunningham, who plays Ser Davos Seaworth, said earlier this year that Ramsey would have no way of knowing, and dismissed the speculation as random internet gossip. Now a new Watchers on the Wall report from the set of Season Seven confirms that Sansa will not be pregnant.
Last of all, I am enormously happy to report that Watchers on the Wall can put a certain “theory” to bed. If any in our readership believed a certain insistent rumor, the following may be a relief to hear: Sansa will NOT be (or get) pregnant in season seven.
Of course, even without a pregnancy to worry about, Sansa still has to deal with Littlefinger’s scheming, her half-brother (but not really) Jon Snow being named King in the North, and a potential reunion with Arya, her littler sister.
