Game of Thrones: Maisie Williams Warns “Nothing Will Prepare You” For Season 7

Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark on HBO’s Game of Thrones, is part of an exclusive club of sorts, in that she’s one of only a handful of actors who has managed to last through all six seasons of the show. Apparently, this status enables her to get scrips for next year’s seventh season early, as the actress tweeted out a storm of reactions to the scripts and it’s fair to say that she was blown away by what she read:

You heard it here first, folks: “holy BALLS.” Better start preparing to say goodbye to your favorite characters now (if any of them are even still alive at this point).

In other Game of Thrones news, Kit Harington doesn’t seem to enjoy the same level of access as his co-star Maisie Williams, as Harington recently gave an interview to The Hollywood Reporter in which he admitted that he hasn’t seen any of the scripts yet. But that didn’t stop him from speculating about what’s in store for season seven:

“It’s important to stress at this point that I haven’t had any scripts, so this is all guess work for me. I think it’s going to get very bleak before if there is a happy ending. If there’s any sort of win or heroic moment for Jon and everyone else. I think it’s going to get very dark before it gets better. I think what we might see this season is those White Walkers and that Army of the Dead really come into force. So that’s going to be exciting to see. I don’t know what it means. I think with the whole “winter is finally here” business, it means everyone is going to have a really bad time.”

Bleak? Game of Thrones? I don’t know if Harington’s predictions can be trusted. I mean, he did try and convince us all that his character was dead last year during the off season and look how that turned out.

Anyway, hopefully Harington gets his hands on those scripts soon so he can tweet out some reactions of his own (although nothing is going to top “holy BALLS”).
