‘Family Feud’ Sure Is A Lot Dirtier Than It Used To Be

Long-running game show Family Feud used to be something the whole family could enjoy watching while eating their TV dinners (heck, it’s right there in the title), but that has changed considerably since Steve Harvey took over hosting duties in 2010. Now it’s the kind of show that leads families to share awkward glances before quietly finding something else to watch, as perfectly illustrated by the ridiculous question that was featured on last night’s episode.

Harvey asked “Besides Hooters, what’s another word or words for ‘breasts’ that a bar might call itself,” which is a bizarrely roundabout way of asking “What’s another word for boobies.” The fact that the show is now scraping the bottom of the smut barrel for ideas is hilarious enough as is, but let’s just take a moment to appreciate the fact that seven out of one hundred people surveyed refer to breasts as “Twin Peaks.” Steve Harvey probably put that one in there himself, but really meant to say “Fun Bags.”
