WWE Smackdown Live Match Results – November 29th, 2016

It’s the final Smackdown before TLC, and there was one more match to be determined before the PPV. In the main event, American Alpha faced Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton, with the winners challenging Heath Slater and Rhyno for the Smackdown Tag Titles! Plus, now that James Ellsworth is a full-time Smackdown Superstar, Dean Ambrose has a celebration planned, with the return of the Ambrose Asylum! Get all the results from the go-home show here!

Live from Columbia, South Carolina

The show opened with a contract signing between Becky Lynch and Alexa Bliss. After some trash talk, the usual contract signing brawl began, and Bliss punctuated the segment by shoving Lynch off the top rope and through a table.

– Dolph Ziggler and Kalisto d. Baron Corbin and The Miz by DQ when Corbin hit Kalisto with a chair

Carmella cut an in-ring promo where she promised to humiliate Nikki Bella while John Cena watched from home. Nikki ran in and brawled with Carmella, who eventually escaped and ran away.

The Ambrose Asylum was in a congratulatory mood, as Ambrose celebrated James Ellsworth getting a Smackdown contract. The show was interrupted by AJ Styles, who was mocked by Ambrose for losing to Ellsworth three times. Styles demanded respect, but Ambrose claimed he was already in AJ’s head. Another brawl broke out in a night full of them, and Styles got the upper hand, sending Ambrose into the steps, beating up Ellsworth with a ladder, and hitting him with a Styles Clash off the steps onto the floor, which is just as brutal as it sounds. Ellsworth was attended to by medical personnel, and taken away on a stretcher.

– Kane d. Luke Harper (pinfall, chokeslam)

Becky Lynch vs Alexa Bliss at TLC is now officially a Tables Match.

– Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton d. American Alpha to become #1 Contenders to the Smackdown Tag Team Titles (Wyatt pinned Jordan, Sister Abigail)
