WrestleMania 32 Set To Break Attendance Records

It has been reported that despite all the injuries, setbacks, and whatever the heck is going on with Roman Reigns, WrestleMania 32 is poised to break the record for largest attendance at a WWE event in history, with over 84,000 tickets already sold. The current worldwide record for a WWE event is from SummerSlam 1992, which packed 79,127 into Wembley Stadium in England. The U.S. record, of course, is WrestleMania III, which WWE maintains had an attendance of 93,173, but that number was later revealed to be closer to 78,000. It’s expected that WWE will similarly inflate the numbers for this WrestleMania, but whatever number they settle on, they are virtually guaranteed to legitimately set a new attendance mark. Unfortunately, they will not be able to set the record for largest attendance at AT&T Stadium, which is held by the 2010 NBA All-Star Game, at 108,713.
