Lucha Underground Gets Good News About Its Future

The best wrestling program that you’re probably not watching, Lucha Underground, debuted its second season on El Rey Network last week, and this week, reportedly revealed some excellent news for the future of the promotion. The independent organization, which counts famous film director Robert Rodriguez and reality show giant Mark Burnett amidst its creators, has apparently been renewed for a third season. This is excellent news, especially after a second season was up in the air for a long time before finally getting the go-ahead.

There is also a report that episodes of Lucha Underground, which have as yet not been available on popular streaming services, may become available on iTunes in the very near future, giving them another way to bring their exciting brand of wrestling to a larger audience.

Trust us, if you’re a wrestling fan and you’re not watching Lucha Underground, you should be. And soon, you’ll have no excuse.
