John Cena Not Advertised For Post-Draft Smackdown Shows

In an effort to try and figure out where, exactly, our favorite Superstars will end up following the brand split, which takes place on the first live Smackdown on July 19th, we took a look at local advertising for live events that are taking place in the weeks afterwards. Plans are always subject to change, especially in WWE, but at this point, John Cena is not being advertised as appearing at any Smackdown events scheduled after the draft takes place, although he is advertised for Raw.

Meanwhile, the current indication is that Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and possibly AJ Styles, who are all advertised for Smackdown shows after July 19th, will end up on the blue brand. Obviously, this is all pretty much speculation, but it’s long been expected that John Cena and Roman Reigns will end up on separate brands (although it’s unclear if his recent suspension will affect plans going forward).
