Jeff Jarrett Reportedly Has Returned To TNA

In the wake of Anthem Media officially becoming the majority owners of TNA, and Dixie Carter being moved to a different position where she no longer has any control over the company, there are reports that TNA co-founder Jeff Jarrett, who gave up control of the promotion he created to Carter in 2013 and sold his minority stake shortly afterwards, will be returning to a prominent position in the company. Coming along with Jarrett and his wife, Karen, is said to be Dutch Mantell, who used to work on TNA’s creative team alongside Jarrett in the earlier days of the promotion, and was most recently seen on WWE programming in the persona of manager Zeb Colter. The general feeling is that Jarrett, who founded the small independent promotion Global Force Wrestling following his departure, would never have returned if there was any chance Dixie Carter still had influence over it, which seems to confirm reports that she will have nothing to do with TNA going forward.
