Cause Of Chyna’s Death Could Take Months To Determine

Following the tragic death of former WWE Superstar Chyna, whose body was discovered in her home on April 20th, authorities quickly ruled out foul play, as well as suicide, reporting the incident as a potential drug overdose or natural death. However, due to the backlog of more time-sensitive autopsies and toxicology reports in the system, it is unlikely we will know for certain what the exact cause of death was for weeks or even months.

Chyna’s manager, Anthony Anzaldo, who discovered her body, reportedly told People magazine that Chyna had been prescribed sleeping pills and anti-anxiety medication, and there had been concerns that she was over-medicating due to the stress of working on a documentary about her life and wrestling career, titled The Resurrection of Chyna. The documentary crew had expected to release a promotional trailer for the film in the next few weeks.
