Big Names Rumored For Tonight’s Raw

WWE continues to pull out all the stops as they attempt to get fans hyped up for what is expected to be the biggest WrestleMania in history. To that end, they are expected to bring in some huge stars from the past to promote the show, starting with tonight’s Raw. While nothing has been confirmed, rumors have been flying over who might show up tonight, and who might even have roles in WrestleMania itself!

First of all, Daniel Bryan has reportedly been sighted in Pittsburgh, the location for Raw, and there are some who believe he might appear tonight, possibly to get involved in Brie Bella’s feud with Lana. Bryan’s retirement has been heavily referenced as part of that story line, and it is believed that WWE would love to have Bryan appear in a non-wrestling role at WrestleMania.

Secondly, Mick Foley has been circumspect about his potential involvement in WrestleMania, but it is heavily rumored that he will be there in some capacity. With a Hell in a Cell match part of the WrestleMania card, talk will always turn to Foley’s history with that gimmick, and it would not be surprising to see him show up on Raw to promote the Shane McMahon-Undertaker match.

Also, we know The Rock is going to be at WrestleMania, but could he show up beforehand to reveal what his role will be? Okay, this one’s just a complete shot in the dark, but when it comes to The Rock, you never know when he might show up. For that matter, it’s Pittsburgh, and there are reports that he was talking to Triple H at the Arnold Classic earlier this month, let’s just throw former TNA wrestler and current free agent Kurt Angle’s name into the mix and see what happens!

Finally, we can confirm that Brock Lesnar (and Paul Heyman), The Undertaker, and Shane McMahon are scheduled to appear on Raw, and Roman Reigns is also expected back after missing two weeks following nasal surgery.
