We usually hear stories about Apple’s amazing customer service, but things apparently didn’t go smoothly for this man in Dijon, France. On Thusday afternoon, he walked into a local Apple Store with a large steel ball (and a protective glove on) and began a methodical iPhone execution ritual.

Bystanders filmed the man smashing the screens of multiple iPhones, iPods, and even a MacBook. According to Mashable, his angry rant translates into wanting revenge when the company refused to give him a refund on an unknown product.

“Apple is a company that ‘violated’ European consumers’ rights. They refused to reimburse me, I told them: ‘Give me my money back’. They said no. So you know what’s happening? This is happening!” he reportedly said.

He was quickly approached by mall security, who held him until police could arrive, even after he tried to bolt from the scene. He was arrested after causing thousands of dollars in damage.
