Check Out This Incredible 18,000-Piece LEGO Model of Batman’s Arkham Asylum

Need a place to lock up all of Batman’s villains? Look no further than this massive LEGO recreation of Arkham Asylum, created by LEGO enthusiast Dayton of Australia.

The model, which is comprised of a staggering 18,000 LEGO blocks and took almost a year and a half to plan and build, features highly detailed interiors themed around Batman’s rogues gallery, including a light-up sewer cell for Killer Croc!

“I feel this was the milestone for me as a builder as this is something I have wanted to build for years now and I am so happy with how it turned out,” says Dayton.

Here’s a video detailing all of the model’s various features (Hugo Strange’s examination room is a particularly nice touch). Also, be sure to check out some of Dayton’s other LEGO creations (the GCPD building and Breaking Bad RV are particular highlights).
