It’s been almost a month since Eminem‘s dropped Kamikaze and despite the album selling roughly 434,000 units in the first week of its U.S. release and ranking number one in 103 countries, the majority of critics panned the album, and to that Em has this to say, “Thanks for the support, A**holes!”
Earlier today Eminem published a full-page ad in The Hollywood Reporter, calling out Rolling Stone, Billboard, Noisey, Pitchfork, Vulture, Stereogum, and strangely enough, The Hollywood Reporter itself.
While all the excerpts were harsh in their own right, Stereogum claimed that Eminem hasn’t released anything of value in over 10 years.
“The good news is that it’s easily the best Eminem album in more than a decade. The bad news is that it still sucks.”
