With Iron Man, Captain America, and Black Widow out of the picture, Thor tagging along with Guardians of Galaxy, and Hawkeye set to appear in his own Disney+ series, the only remaining original member of the Avengers whose future is still in limbo following the events of Avengers: Endgame is Hulk.

During a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Mark Ruffalo was asked if fans will see Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe again, and the star’s response didn’t entirely give us the answer we were hoping for.

“I don’t know. Who knows, really. It is supposed to be over and that was supposed to be the end.”

As much as it saddens us to know the original six will likely never fight side-by-side on the big screen again, the Marvel universe has so much more to offer, and because of this, we can’t wait to see what Marvel has planned next and who will make up the new crop of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

With Marvel set to introduce a handful of new characters during the MCU’s next phase, what should they do with the Hulk? Would you like to see the big green guy return, or is it time to move on? Let us know in the comments below.
