WATCH: School Is Out In First ‘Stranger Things’ Season 3 Trailer

One summer can change everything!

After months of twiddling our thumbs, Netflix has finally released the first official trailer for Stranger Things Season 3.

While the plot is still relatively unknown at this point, one thing is for sure, the upcoming season appears much darker than the previous two. During a recent interview with MTV News, Natalia Dyer, who plays Nancy Wheeler, made it clear that season three is going to be bigger and scarier in every way.

“It’s set in the summer, it’s in the ‘80s. It does feel bigger, just filming it — obviously, I haven’t seen any of it, but it does feel bigger, darker, scarier. It felt like they noticeably bumped it up to a different level this season. So I’m excited to see it, too. I don’t know how they do it, [creators] the [Duffer] brothers, but yeah, I’m excited.”
