RAISE. SOME. HELL.

Late last night Lionsgate released the official “Red Band” trailer for Neil Marshall’s Hellboy, starring David Harbour (Stranger Things) as the immensely powerful and emotionally explosive demon, Anung Un Rama a.k.a. Hellboy.

Initially, fans were upset Ron Perlman, who played Hellboy (2004) in Guillermo del Toro’s film series, would not be reprising the role, but after watching last night’s trailer, I think it’s safe to say the character is in good hands.

Here’s a quick synopsis for those unfamiliar with the story.

Based on the graphic novels by Mike Mignola, Hellboy, caught between the worlds of the supernatural and human, battles an ancient sorceress bent on revenge.

The reboot also stars Milla Jovovich as the Nimue the Blood Queen, Sasha Lane as Alice Monaghan, Daniel Dae Kim as Ben Daimio, Penelope Mitchell as Ganeida and last but not least, Ian McShane as Professor Broom.
