WATCH: Elton John & Rocketman’s Taron Egerton Perform ‘Tiny Dancer’ Live

During the annual Oscars party in Los Angeles over the weekend, Rocketman star Taron Egerton joined the iconic Elton John on stage for a memorable duet of the singer’s platinum hit, ‘Tiny Dancer.’

The upcoming biopic Rocketman, which opens on May 31, 2019, stars Egerton as the great Elton John, as well as Bryce Dallas Howard as Shelia Eileen, Richard Madden as John Reid, Jamie Bell as Bernie Taupin, and Tate Donovan as Doug Weston.

Here is a quick synopsis of the film:

Rocketman tells the story of Elton John’s life, from his years as a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music, through his influential and enduring musical partnership with Bernie Taupin, as well as his struggles with depression, substance abuse, and acceptance of his sexual orientation.

The breathtaking duet was performed at ‘The Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party’, and then shared on Elton’s official YouTube page. Watch the live performance below:
