TNT Reveals New “Snowpiercer Trailer & Release Date

TNT released an all-new trailer for the upcoming Snowpiercer series this morning, along with an official premiere day of May 31, 2020.

The post-apocalyptic dystopian thriller, which is based on Bong Joon-ho’s 2013 film of the same name, stars Daveed Diggs, Jennifer Connelly, Sean Bean, Mickey Sumner, Annalise Basso, Alison Wright, Susan Park, Lena Hall, and Steven Ogg. The show will take place seven years after the world became a frozen wasteland and what’s left of humanity now inhabits a gigantic, perpetually moving train that circles the globe.

Set more than seven years after the world has become a frozen wasteland Snowpiercer centers on the remnants of humanity, who inhabit a 1001 car, perpetually-moving train that circles the globe. Class warfare, social injustice and the politics of survival play out in this riveting television adaptation based on the acclaimed movie and graphic novel series of the same name.
