‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Set Photo Hints At Surprising Character Cameo

The internet is currently losing its collective mind over the new photo Chris Hemsworth posted of himself and Tom Hiddleston hanging out on the Thor: Ragnarok set in Brisbane, Australia and it’s not hard to see why. Has there ever been a dreamier pair?

While Hemsworth’s photo is definitely swoon-worthy, the more interesting set photo comes from writer Daley Pearson. Pearson tweeted a trio of them and one of them shows Thor holding a business card that may indicate that the God of Thunder will meet none other than the Sorcerer Supreme himself, Doctor Strange.

If you look closely at the card, it appears to read 177A Bleeker St., which as any Doctor Strange comics fan will tell you is the address of Dr. Stephen Strange. While this in no way confirms that Benedict Cumberbatch will be appearing as Strange in Thor: Ragnarok, it would certainly be odd for the film to feature Thor holding the good Doctor’s business card and NOT have him seek him out. Plus, we know that Ragnarok is going way into crazy cosmic territory, so having Doctor Strange show up would be a perfect fit with that tone.

Unfortunately, it’s still a long wait for Thor: Ragnarok’s Nov. 3, 2017 release date, so even if it’s true, we won’t be seeing this delightful cameo for awhile yet.
