The latest Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse trailer dropped earlier today, less than a month after the release of Insomniac Games’ acclaimed Spider-Man on PS4. While the movie and video game aren’t officially connected, it’s hard not to have the game in mind when watching the trailer and to Sony Pictures’ credit, there’s actually a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it Easter egg in the trailer referencing Insomniac’s game.

As pointed out by Marvel Games Executive Creative Director Bill Roseman, the primary white logo Spider-Man suit from Marvel’s Spider-Man can be spotted in the background of a shot from the trailer.

Of course, the other big connection is Miles Morales himself, as the younger Spider-Man plays a prominent role in both the game and the movie, though it looks like he’ll play an even more important part in Into the Spider-Verse thanks to actually having his Spider powers this time.

Marvel’s Spider-Man is available on PS4 now, while Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse hits theaters Dec. 14. For more on the video game, check out our review and rundown of all the cool Easter eggs that can be found.
