The 92 Academy Awards were held last night, and although the show was over three-hours long, there were plenty of heartwarming and memorable moments. From Bong Joon-ho ‘s Parasite becoming the first non-English language film to win the best picture award to Joaquin Phoenix quoting his late brother, River Phoenix, during his acceptance speech, the 92 Academy Awards was a night to remember. It was a little surprising to see movies like The Lighthouse and The Irishman walk away empty-handed, but that’s just the nature of the business.
