Josh Brolin Reveals Filming Location Of Denis Villeneuve’s ‘Dune’ Reboot

Denis Villeneuve’s Dune reboot is being filmed in… Wadi Rum!

Over the weekend, Josh Brolin shared a panoramic sweep of the filming location of the Dune reboot, which is scheduled to release sometime in 2020. So far, very little is known about the movie, but thanks to Brolin’s video, we know the film is being shot (for the most part) in Wadi Rum, also known as the Valley of the Moon, located in southern Jordan. For those less familiar with the location, Wadi Rum is famous for its beautiful desert landscape that’s been cut into sandstone and granite rock (pictured below).
