‘Dumbo’ Cast Reveals Behind-The-Scenes Look At Tim Burton’s Live-Action Remake

Disney released a brand-new featurette today for Tim Burton’s live-action reimagining of the beloved classic, Dumbo.

Burton’s live-action remake stars Eva Green as Colette Marchant, Colin Farrell as Holt Farrier, Michael Keaton as V.A. Vandevere, Danny DeVito as Max Medici, Alan Arkin as J. Griffin Remington, Nico Parker as Milly Farrier, and Finley Hobbins as Joe Farrier.

Here’s a quick synopsis:

Circus owner Max Medici enlists Holt Farrier to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughing stock in an already struggling circus. But when Holt’s children discover that Dumbo can fly, persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere and an aerial artist named Colette Marchant swoop in to make the peculiar pachyderm a star.

Initially released on October 23, 1941, by Walt Disney Productions, Dumbo was based on a storyline written by Helen Aberson and Harold Pearl for a novelty toy called the Roll-a-Book.
