Back when Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson was a regular in the WWE, he was in pretty good shape. Now that he has transitioned into a Hollywood action star, the guy is more ripped than a pair of 90’s jeans.
The Rock works out incredibly hard, which takes up a lot of energy. To make sure his body can keep up, he has an insane meal plan that includes seven daily meals, consisting of 10-pound of food. Here’s the daily menu, from Muscle and Fitness magazine.

Some of the other highlights of his day include starting with cardio at 4 a.m., lifting weights for 90 minutes after breakfast, and multiple Gatorades and protein shakes.
