Bruce Lee Plays Ping Pong… With Nunchucks

The legendary Bruce Lee, best known for starring in classics like Fist of Fury, Way of the Dragon and Enter the Dragon, would have celebrated his 79th birthday today, so in honor of the late martial arts icon, we wanted to pay tribute by showcasing just how extraordinary he really was.

The video below begins with Lee detailing how to intercept attacks, but if you have no interest in watching the master speak, skip ahead to the 1:45 mark of the video to watch him play ping pong (table tennis) without the use of a paddle. What’s the catch? Well, rather than use a paddle, the California native uses nunchucks and as you might imagine, he executes with remarkable precision.
