It’s taken Nintendo 51 Super Bowls to create their first commercial for the big game, but with the release of their new console just over a month away, they picked the perfect time to jump in.
The gaming company will air a thirty second commercial during this Sunday’s dust-up between the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots focusing on the Switch’s primary features and its biggest launch title, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Given that most of its product launches tend to happen around the holiday season, it’s actually not that surprising that it’s taken this long for Nintendo to do a Super Bowl ad, but it’s still a momentous occasion for the company all the same.
There’s 90-second extended version of the commercial that shows off additional games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Splatoon 2, 1-2 Switch, Arms, and Ultra Street Fighter II. The ad also features a longer version of Imagine Dragons new song “Believer,” if you’re into that sort of thing.
The Nintendo Switch hits stores on March 3.
