Bethesda has announced their plans for their first three DLC releases for Fallout 4, which will release once a month starting in March. They also made sure to announce that these three are “just the beginning” and that there are plans for even more DLC releases in 2016.
The first DLC, “Automatron”, will release in March and will allow players to build customized robot companions for their journeys through the Wasteland. It is expected to sell for $9.99. The second is titled “Wasteland Workshop”, will cost $4.99, and will allow you to build cages to capture and tame the denizens of the Wasteland for use in battle. Like Pokemon, only irradiated with nuclear fallout! The final DLC of the set is called “Far Harbor”, and features additional story content that will send the player to an island off the coast of Maine, at a cost of $24.99.
Bethesda has also announced that as a result of the expanded DLC plan, the Season Pass price for Fallout 4 will be going up from $29.99 to $49.99. However, if you already purchased the Season Pass, you won’t pay an extra dime. In addition, you can still pick up the Season Pass at its original price until March 1st, so if you want to save twenty bucks and get all the planned DLC, you haven’t got any time to waste!
