Activision has announced that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, a remastered collection of the first three games in the series, is headed to PlayStation 4 on June 30. It will cost $40.
The collection includes Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortext Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped. All three originally appeared on the PlayStation 1 and were developed by Naughty Dog, now known for the Uncharted series and The Last of Us.
Each game features new lighting, animations, cinematics enhanced for 4K and PS4 Pro support, as well as a fully-remastered soundtrack. Full analog stick support is also included, along with new unified save and checkpoint systems.
The game’s bonus levels and time trials have also been tweaked by Vicarious Visions, the team handling the remastered collection. They’ve also recreated the intro cinematic with updated graphics and sound.
