Blizzard Announces New Karazhan Raid For First ‘Legion’ Content Patch

The next World of Warcraft expansion doesn’t even go live until the end of August, and Blizzard has already released information about the first big content patch that will be released following the arrival of Legion. Titled ‘Return To Karazhan’, the 7.1 patch will re-vamp the popular Karazhan raid that was first introduced during the Burning Crusade expansion many years ago, in addition to the usual class balance changes and additional content we’ve come to expect from major patches. This seems to follow with Blizzard’s promise to have more regular content updates for Legion, after it was felt that the previous expansion, Warlords of Draenor, went too long without offering players something new to experience, a complaint which may have tied into diminishing subscriber numbers during that expansion.

The ‘Return to Karazhan’ patch will apparently go live on the Public Test Realm immediately after Legion releases, and you can watch a teaser video for it here:
