On Sunday night at No Mercy, the Raw Tag Team titles were on the line in a match between champions (and reunited Shield members) Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins and challengers (and former champs) Cesaro and Sheamus. The Swiss Superman and the Celtic Warrior failed to recapture the titles, but Cesaro also left No Mercy missing major portions of his front teeth after a spot went wrong.

Midway through the match, Ambrose used a slingshot to hurl Cesaro into the top turnbuckle. Cesaro overshot the landing and went face first into the steel ring post.

Here’s a lovely slo-mo replay. Ouch.

As they say, the show must go on. Cesaro continued wrestling the match, even though his mouth was a bloody mess. Look at this!

Cesaro is a maniac:

After the match, Cesaro got on social media and threw out a throwback mention of Issac Yankem DDS, the evil wrestling dentist played by Glenn Jacobs, who would eventually turn into Kane. Unfortunately for Cesaro, he’s definitely not a real dentist. And is busy running for local political office.
