Former WWE World Champion Alberto Del Rio is not having a great start to 2017.

According to Austrian news source Kronen Zeitung, Del Rio (real name Jose Alberto Rodriguez) was arrested over the weekend after getting into a fight at a nightclub. His brother, professional wrestler El Hijo de Dos Caras, was also involved and at least one man was reportedly sent to the hospital in the aftermath.

If that weren’t bad enough, Del Rio apparently broke out of the zip ties that police had used to restrain him and then began attacking his own brother, knocking him out cold and sending him to the hospital as well. Police then had to use shackles to restrain him, because the handcuffs they carry were too small for his 6’5″, 240-pound frame.

Along with the human suffering, the nightclub apparently has substantial damages to their inventory, along with blood splattered all over their walls. Del Rio was obviously released at some point over the weekend, because he was spotted in Tampa on Monday with his fiancee Paige (still under contract with the WWE, but currently not on TV due to injury).

Additional details about potential criminal charges, or the injuries sustained by Del Rio’s brother or the other unnamed man, aren’t available at this time.
